The company's partners, Greg Simmons and Pete Kourtis, have developed a team that has asset managed over 8,300 apartment units in ten states and managed an extensive apartment company. Greg Simmons, Principal: has grown Simmons Homes from a start-up construction company to one of the most successful real estate companies in the region. After founding Simmons Homes in 1994, Greg used his construction expertise to move into land development and commercial development, assembling a current portfolio of residential, commercial, and multifamily real estate. Greg is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Pete Kourtis, Principal: has been in the real estate business since 1983, specializing in construction and development. Since that time, Pete has constructed, developed, and owned highly successful real estate ventures throughout Oklahoma, and is recognized as a land development expert. Simmons and Kourtis have been partners since 1995 and have grown one of most successful real estate companies in the region.

Mandy Mittasch serves as Senior Vice President of Housing for Simmons + Kourtis Multifamily and leads all phases of the Simmons + Kourtis Multifamily business development process. Mandy joined Simmons + Kourtis in 2006 after a 14 year career in the multifamily management business. Mandy’s experience includes luxury lease-ups from predevelopment to stabilization, budgeting, marketing, and client relations. Mandy has played a valuable role in the lease-up and disposition of numerous assets and specializes in developing brand awareness and marketing campaigns. Mandy has worked for and with some of the top multifamily companies in the U.S. and holds the CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Adam Peck serves as operations manager for Legacy Sales & Leasing and Simmons+Kourtis Multifamily. Peck joined S & K in 2006, and is an expert in multifamily and home construction as well as business operations. He is responsible for the strategy and oversight of all construction for Legacy lease properties, as well as the construction and operation of high-end, amenity-rich multifamily projects including 98 in Owasso, Okla., 35 West in Moore, Okla., and 51 at Tradan Heights in Stillwater, Okla. A Tulsa native, Peck holds a Business degree from Oklahoma State University, and resides in Jenks, Okla. with his wife Lauren and their 3 children.

Lori Murray serves as Regional Manager and leads the execution of property management strategy and team development for Simmons + Kourtis Multifamily. Lori joined Simmons + Kourtis in 2011 after an 11 year career in the multifamily management business, she holds extensive experience overseeing new high end communities, marketing, leasing, training, and client relations. Lori’s general expertise includes developing and maintaining training programs to mentor and retain the industry’s top talent. Lori has worked for and with some of the top multifamily companies in the U.S. including JPI, Greystar Management, and Allen & O’Hara. Lori holds CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association.
